![]() We are very disappointed with Abrams Auto Transport. I had to on several occasions reach out to find why they were behind schedule. The vehicle arrived some 8 days late resulting in additional costs incurred but also, the communication was very poor. #Get it done transportation bbb driverand no communication from the company I called the driver and was advised it would now be later in the day. Again, after no vehicle delivered by 2:00 p.m. Finally, I received a call from the driver that he was on route and would deliver my vehicle next morning by noon. I only found this out after calling the company myself as it did not arrive the day they now said it would. The auto carrier finally left with my vehicle a week later than originally scheduled but then it got turned back at the border and had to return back to its base thus delaying its departure yet another day. If I had not proactively followed up with them I would not have known my vehicle had not left the date I was told it would. Unfortunately, the delivery did not happen as it was supposed to and most concerning was the lack of communication. This was exactly what we were looking for even though we would not have a vehicle to use for 1-2 days. The vehicle was picked up the date we agreed to and the dispatcher advised the vehicle would be delivered a day or two after we arrived at our destination. I filled out all the paperwork in September, 5 weeks before the vehicle was to. I seldom write reviews unless the service is either exceptional or poor and unfortunately in this case it is the latter. ![]()
